We are passionate about our work and believe that our videos are a great way for you to record and relive your special occasion.
We have a different approach than many companies in this business. Our emphasis is to put you, the customer, first. What do we mean by this?
Firstly, we concentrate on capturing your big day in a way which does not intrude or spoil it for you. We don’t boss you around or tell you what to do, instead, we try to stay out of your way as much as possible so that you enjoy yourselves more. In our experience this leads to a better video, and happier clients.
Secondly, unlike some companies, we treat you with respect. We will always strive to make your video just how you want it. If the packages we offer aren't quite what you are looking for we can adapt them to suit. If you want us to change the finished product in some way, we will always do our best to achieve this within reason.
Thirdly, we are up front about what we do, how we do it, how much it will cost, and when the payment is due. There are no hidden charges or VAT to add to our prices. We believe we offer a high quality professional service, and we have nothing to hide.
