When you book your wedding video with me, I can put together a bespoke package to suit your needs (starting as low as £499). My most popular package is whole day coverage from guests arriving until the first dance, but the Same Day edit is also becoming very popular, so please take a few minutes to check out what’s included below, and the optional extras at the bottom.
NEW - Same Day Edit (£799)
This is an exciting new option for your wedding video. Instead of filming all day and editing the final video at a later date, I will film you from getting ready, through to the photographs at your reception venue. Then, whilst you enjoy you meal and speeches, I’ll edit a highlights video for you to be displayed during the evening.
What will be filmed:
1. Bridal preparations from 2 hours before the ceremony.
2. Arrival of guests etc. at ceremony venue
3. The Ceremony
4. Photo session at the ceremony and/or reception venue.
Elements from these will be included in the highlights film, usually 4-5 minutes in total. The film will be presented on a huge 80” HD projection screen in front of you and your guests before your first dance in the evening. Here’s an example from Karla & John’s Same Day Edit:
In addition, I will also film the speeches with an unmanned tripod mounted camera, and film the first dance after the highlights film has been presented. These will be added to the full footage from the wedding ceremony and provided on 3 DVD copies along with the highlights film at a later date.
Wedding Video Full Day Package (£899)
This is the most popular wedding video package, I will arrive about an hour before the ceremony to take establishing shots of the venue and the arrival of guests. I will stay until around 9pm to enable recording of the evening reception and first dance.
Your main feature video will include the following chapters:
1. Arrival of guests, bridesmaids and bride at the wedding venue (highlights accompanied by music track of your choice)
2. Full coverage of the ceremony using 2 video cameras & radio microphone
3. Coverage of the photo session (highlights accompanied by music track of your choice)
4. Full coverage of speeches using 2 video cameras & radio microphone
5. Evening highlights including first dance
The length of the main feature video varies depending on the length of the ceremony and speeches, but typically ranges between 45 and 90 minutes.
In addition to the main feature, your disks will include a Highlights feature. This is a 3-4 minute video set to a music track of your choice.
You will receive 3 copies of your video on DVD. Each disc will be supplied in a DVD case with a custom designed cover.
Diary Room & 11pm Option (+ £200)
This is a fun addition to your wedding video which I highly recommend. During the evening I will set up a camera in a quiet area (ideally a side room etc.) to enable your guests to leave video messages for you. This is usually very popular so you end up with a nice range of messages (some very touching, some very funny). If you choose this option we will stay until 11pm (the later the messages, the funnier they tend to be). This also allows us to record more of the evening reception, such as the disco, band etc.
High Definition Blu-Ray Discs
All my cameras record in HD and I also edit in HD, so it’s a shame to have to down convert it onto a standard DVD. If you would like your wedding film on Blu-Ray disc you can purchase a single copy for £50 and additional copies for £25 each
‘Raw’ Footage (+£100)
If you want to see all the bits that didn’t make the cut, this is the option for you. All the watchable footage from the day will be burnt to DVD for you in addition to your main video.
Additional Coverage (+£99 per hour)
Additional coverage can be added to include, for example, bridal preparations etc.
