Why TapeMe Are The Best Choice For Your Wedding

This page is to help explain the process from when you first contact us to when you get your completed DVDs.

Step 1 - Contact Us

Contact us by email (see link at bottom of page) or phone (0151 648 0583 or 0751 5353 189). The first things to discuss are dates and availability (you can also check availability on the
Availability page of this website). If all is well the next thing is to meet face to face.

Step 2 - Face to Face meeting

This will provide us an opportunity to listen to what you want from us. This is very important as we need to understand if you have got a ‘picture’ in your mind of what you want.

We will explain the options and pricing to you and can also show you examples of our work. If you want to book your wedding video or photography at this point, you can fill in a booking form and pay a 10% booking fee (the rest of the payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to the event).

We will contact you nearer the event to confirm times etc. and that everything is OK.

Step 3 - The Big Day

Stuart will get to the event location at least an hour before the event is due to start, to set-up, take establishing shots, and record the arrival of guests. Throughout the event he will endeavour to remain as unobtrusive as possible. There is no need to provide catering or seating etc.

Step 4 - Completion

After the wedding your video will join our editing queue. The length of the queue varies (between about 1 and 4 months) through the year and is greatest at the end of the summer. Once we have edited your video we will upload an HD preview online for you. Shortly afterwards we will send you the finalised DVDs and Blu-Ray disks.

Yes, that’s right! We give you a full HD preview of your entire video online before burning the disks, we don’t know of any other companies offering this to their clients.

Most of our clients are delighted with this and no changes are required. However, if there is a change that you want making at this stage, and it does not require excessive amounts of re-editing, we will usually make the change free of charge before burning the disks.
